Kalimat-kalimat berikut ini adalah kalimat sakti yang sering sekali digunakan awak kabin saat berinteraksi dengan penumpang di dalam pesawat. Kalimat ini dipilih dan biasanya diajarkan dalam training untuk memastikan bahwa awak kabin tetap profesional dan taktis dalam berbicara dan melayani penumpang.

1. Boarding ( saat penumpang naik )

  • Welcome on board
  • Good morning / afternoon / evening
  • How are you today sir ?
  • May I see your boarding pass please ?
  • Go straight then turn left sir
  • Turn right please
  • Go straight to the back please
  • Go straight to the forward please
  • It’s at the back sir
  • It’s in the middle
  • It’s in the forward mam
  • It’s upstairs
  • It’s an aisle seat mam
  • It’s a window seat
  • It’s next to the window mam
  • It’s right in the middle sir
  • This way mam

2. Meal Service ( saat servis )

  • Could you open your table please ?
  • Would you like to have chicken or beef ?
  • I’m so sorry sir, I don’t have chicken anymore but let me check in my galley if we still have it.
  • I’ll be back in a minute
  • I’m sorry. I’m afraid, we run out of chicken mam
  • Would you like to try something else ?
  • What would you like to drink ?
  • Tea or coffee ?
  • Would you like to have some juice ?
  • With ice ?

3. Offering help ( menawarkan bantuan )

  • What can I do for you mam ?
  • Can I help you sir ?
  • Let me help you mam

4. Securing the cabin ( mempersiapkan kabin )

  • Fasten your seat belt please
  • Upright your seat back please
  • Could you put your armrest down please ?
  • Could you open / close the window shutters please ?
  • Could you put your bag in the luggage bin please ?
  • Could you secure the footrest please ?
  • Turn off your mobile please
  • This is a no smoking flight

3. All the time ( setiap saat )

  • Thank you
  • Excuse me
  • I’m sorry

4. Deplaning ( saat penumpang turun )

  • Good bye
  • Thank you
  • Have a nice day
  • Let me help you with your bag mam

Awak kabin juga menggunakan istilah Right Hand Side (RHS) untuk menunjuk arah bagian sebelah kanan dan Left Hand Side (LHS) untuk menunjuk bagian sebelah kiri.

Contoh:

  • It’s on the Right Hand Side mam
  • It’s on the Left Hand Side sir

Tentunya saat pengucapan semua kalimat ini harus dibarengi dengan senyuman ramah awak kabin… 😉

      Hi putri, maaf lama sekali baru balas. Saya tidak punya informasi sekolah pramugari mana yang bagus. Saya hanya menyarankan untuk tingkatkan kemampuan berbahasa asing terutama Inggris, perbaiki penampilan, perbanyak pengetahuan mengenai penerbangan dan rajin browsing “career” di Airline websites. Airline selalu mentraining calon awak kabin mereka, karena setiap airline berbeda policy. Good luck Putri..
